This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. It is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to type into the enquiry form or the registration pop-up. That is:

Your name
Your email address
Your contact number
Your preferred day and time to be contacted
Which materials you asked for (brochure, price list, appointment)
Which unit types you indicated interest in

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, identification numbers, financial account details or any other sensitive personal information through this form.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry about the Kallang Close Government Land Sales site, and to send you the project information you asked for — including the official project name, price list, site plan, floor plans and preview date once the developer releases them. We use your data for that purpose and for follow-up on that enquiry. We do not sell your personal data.

Your consent

By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you agree that we, or a sales representative acting on our behalf, may contact you about your enquiry by voice call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, regardless of your registration status with Singapore's Do Not Call registry. That consent covers messages relating to your enquiry.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent at any time, and you do not need to give a reason. Reply "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message you receive from us, or submit a withdrawal request through the enquiry form on the main page. We will action it within a reasonable period, and we will tell you if withdrawal means we can no longer provide something you asked for.

Access and correction

You may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, and you may ask us to correct anything inaccurate. Send the request through the enquiry form and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

How your data is stored

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a private, access-controlled spreadsheet hosted on Google Workspace. Access is limited to the people handling enquiries for this site. We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose above or as required by law, and dispose of it after that.

Cookies and tracking

This site loads the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and records page views and form submissions so that advertising performance can be measured. It does not read the contents of the form fields you type. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta. The site also loads Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when fonts are fetched.

Third parties

Data submitted through this site is processed by Google (Apps Script and Google Sheets, for storing your submission) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

A note on this website's content. "Kallang Close Residences" is a provisional working name based on the road name of the Government Land Sales site; no official project name has been released by the developer. Confirmed figures on this site are sourced to URA tender notices and named publications. All other figures — including estimated pricing, the estimated unit count, the estimated launch window and the estimated TOP — are analyst estimates, labelled as such, and are not offers, representations or guarantees. The floor plans shown are indicative reference layouts, not this development's actual plans.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
